WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number and we would be happy to assist you. 
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We work extremely hard to make sure our customer service is immaculate. If your order is later, please contact us and we will find out what is going on. 
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We try to fulfil every order that we receive.  We only cancel an order for two reasons:

  • Suspected Fraud
  • We have not got your item in stock

If this is the case, we will contact you.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

We do our best to send your order out on the same day as purchase. If you would like to cancel or edit your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will organise a return. 

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

CAN I RETURN IF I DON'T HAVE MY RECEIPT? HOW?

If you do not have a receipt for your item and you wish to return it, do not panic. 

Please contact us with your name, the item you bought, and your full address and we will search our system for your order. 

I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN BUT I AM OUTSIDE THE RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund. 

CAN I USE DIFFERENT PACKAGING TO RETURN?

If you decide to use other packaging for your return this is completely fine. 

WHEN WILL MY REFUND APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?

When we have accepted your refund, it will arrive in your account within 14 days.
